Vikas College of Engineering & Technology was established in the year 2008 in Vijayawada of Krishna District, Andhra Pradesh. The institute is founded by Sri N. Narsi Reddy with a vision of providing high-quality education to rural students.
The college provides education in almost all the areas of study such as diploma courses, degree courses, and PG courses in B.Ed, D.Ed, D.Pharmacy, B. Pharmacy, Polytechnic and MBA. The institute offers B.Tech and M.Tech programmes for almost all the specialisations of CSE, ECE, EEE, Mechanical, Civil, and M.Tech such as CSE, ECE, EEE, MECHANICAL, and M.B.A.

Overall good at infrastructure only and it is in forest area and college don't provide proper things to student like water and etc.. the college doesn't have proper maintenance
Non-NRI candidates under category B will be utilized for benefiting the students from economically weaker sections of the society whose eligibility criteria shall be notified by the government.
